Scott’s Pangas:
          Are available for fishing or whale watching

Panga trips; small private boat, can take you on adventures where you will have the option to snorkel, scuba, fish or whale watch. Panga boats use a twin engine with 4 cycles to jet you along Banderas bay. There English speaking Captains and all have partial suncover.
Fishing and whale watching permits, tackle with live bait, insured and  life jackets are included.
Fishing expeditions: 4 hour min. $200 flat fee for up to 1-4 persons
These pangas are available for private tours, private beaches, whale watching, diving and snorkeling.
Whale watching season is from 15 Dec. to 15 March. Up to 10 persons for whale watching, min. 2 hours..

La Segunda Ola

Panga fishing in Punta de Mita is good all year round.  The fish found in the area are yellowfin tuna, sail fish, wahoo, sierra, mahi mahi, roster fish, and the striped marlin. The best months to catch large fish are from June to December, yellowfin tuna and striped marlin that can weight up tp 200 to 300 pounds. We also do kite fishing.   

Panga boats depart from Punta de Mita, to the most famous fishing areas of the bay in minutes instead of hours.  Licenses are included, as well as snorkeling gear and English speaking captains.  Pangas run with a twin 60HP Mercury engine, have a bait tank, tuna tubes, VHF, safety equipment, ice, GPS, fish finder.  Soft drinks and snacks can be purchased on board. La Segunda Ola does not provide food or drinks (or alcoholic beverages), but will provide an ice chest that can be used for any items brought on board. Catering is available on request at an additional fee.  This trip can be for 1-4 people, with a minimum of 4 hours. All boats are insured and coast guard approved.

Choose La Segunda Ola panga for private whale watching tours for up to 8 people! There is a minimum of 4 hours for each whale watching trip.  La Segunda Ola is a licensed whale watching boat.

Marsol Panga

The Marsol panga is a great option for fishing or whale watching.  The Marsol departs from La Cruz, to the most famous fishing areas of the bay in minutes instead of hours.  La Cruz is 5 minutes from Bucerias and 15 from Nuevo Vallarta.  Licenses are included, as well as snorkeling gear, English speaking and very experienced captains will .  Pangas run with a 4 cycle engine, sun cover, 4 fishing poles, safety equipment, and ice is provided. Marsol does not provide food or drinks (or alcoholic beverages), but will provide an ice chest that can be used for any items brought on board. Catering is available on request at an additional fee.  This is one of our most reliable pangas (and also great fisherman). This trip can be for 1-4 people, with a minimum of 4 hours. All boats are insured and coast guard approved.
